THE PLACE WHERE EACH DETAIL BECOMES A SYMBOL OF GRACE AND REFINEMENT. THE IDEAL BLEND OF TRADITION AND MODERNITY
Virgen de los Peligros is a project that combines historic architecture with cutting-edge design. Situated in a prestigious part of the city, this residential project features a distinctive offering of 17 residences, each crafted to ensure optimal comfort and elegance. In this context, we take pride in our selection of kitchens and flooring, which add personality and practicality to every space.
The kitchens, designed in a modern style, feature high-quality materials, including large-format porcelain countertops with a Carrara marble appearance. Furthermore, the kitchen furnishings are equipped with energy-saving Siemens appliances, guaranteeing an ideal combination of style and efficiency. The furnishings, featuring anthracite and matte lacquered finishes, provide a contemporary ambiance that complements the traditional aspects of the building's architecture.
The herringbone-patterned natural oak flooring, produced and installed by our team, brings a warmth that flows throughout the home, fostering a welcoming and sophisticated ambiance. The integration of these elements with the building's design results in an ideal blend of the traditional and modern, enhancing the worth of both the interior layout and the building's historical significance.
The collaborative effort between Grato and the project team has enabled the creation of environments that embody the pinnacle of luxury design, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency. Due to all these factors, Vírgen de los Peligros has attained flawless aesthetics, unmatched comfort, and a reduced ecological footprint, establishing it as a reference point in the residential sector.
